AR Rahman Divorce: AR Rahman will separate from his better half Saira

Mumbai Desk (20.11.2024): Oscar-winning music composer AR Rahman will separate from his wife Saira Banu after 29 years of marriage. Rahman and Saira’s lawyer issued a public statement saying that the couple has decided to divorce. According to the wife, she was going through a lot of pain in this relationship, which has become very difficult for her to handle. So, they chose to part ways.

For AR Rahman fans, this news is nothing less than a shock. According to the public note, the couple’s decision to separate is not sudden. Saira has come to this conclusion after a long time of thinking. She said in her press release that she could not save the relationship.

After numerous long periods of marriage, Mrs. Saira has chosen to isolate herself from her significant other, Mr. A. R. Rahman, confronted with impressive close-to-home strain in their relationship. Despite their profound love for one another, two or three have found that pressure and challenges have made a hole between them that neither one of the sides can connect right now. Mrs Saira demanded that she chose out of torment and pain. Saira demands protection and understanding from general society during this difficult time as she goes through this troublesome part of her life.

AR Rahman and Saira Banu married in 1995. The couple has three children: Khatija, Rahima, and Ameen. The musician had said that this relationship was decided by his mother. There were many cultural differences between the two, but despite this, they were playing their relationship well. In an interview with Simi Garewal, Rahman said, “Honestly, I didn’t have time to find a bride. But I knew it was the right time for me. I was 29 years old and I told my mother, ‘Find me a bride.

Who’s the wife?

A.R. Rahman is one of India’s biggest music composers, having won an Oscar for his work in Slumdog Millionaire. He has given many hit songs like Maa Tujhe Salaam, O Humdum Suniyo Re, and Tere Bina Beswadi Ratiyan. Rahman converted to Islam in 1989. He adopted the name Allah Rakha Rahman, changing it from his birth name, Dilip Kumar. Rahman’s wife Saira Banu is a relative of actor Rashin Rahman.
